• With a bounding box handle

When the object(s) is selected:

• [ and ]: Default rotates are by 15 degrees
• Ctrl + [ and ], rotation by 90 degrees.
• Alt + [ and ], rotation by 1 pixel at the current zoom (i.e. by 1 screen pixel)
