Configuration file
- C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\inkscape\preferences.xml
can be moved via symlink to a backup location:
cd C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\inkscape\
mklink preferences.xml "C:\Dropbox\config\Inkscape\preferences.xml"
symbolic link created for preferences.xml <<===>> C:\Dropbox\config\Inkscape\preferences.xml
