The classpath is a component of dependency.

You can use it to create your own command.

Example:

java -cp target/myapp-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar:$( mvn dependency:build-classpath | grep -v INFO) \
    myMainClassPath \
    arg1 \
    arg2 \
    ... \
    &>/tmp/myApp.log &

# Grab the PID
MY_APP_PID=$!
