As the value for used memory is a current measurement, peak used memory allows to keep track of the maximum value for used memory over time.

Example:
- Reset peak used memory (Studio > Administration editor > Landscape > Services > tab, from the context menu, choose Reset Memory Statistics. All memory statistics for all services are reset)
- Run the workload,
- and then examine the new peak used memory value.
