equalizerpds.exe  -A userid1 [-B [password1]] -C base_repository_name
              -D userid2 [-E [password2]] -F repository2_name
              [-J utf8_synonym_file]
              [-O ouput_repository_name]
              [-X] [-Y equalStringSet]
  -X          Treat 'Factxxxx' as 'Fact' in Business Model.
  -Y          Treat the characters as equals.
  -h          Display this usage information and exit.

The O option does not update the repository but creates a new one.
